1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the l98 website at https://l98.org and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the l98 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, telephone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, l98 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, subject to availability at the time of your transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for the most recent deposit on your l98 account, unless otherwise agreed in writing with l98 support. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotional credits issued by l98:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.

By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Once a bet is placed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other events, the following conditions apply:

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l98 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

The l98 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of l98. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The l98 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous availability, l98 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l98, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if l98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

l98's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their l98 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
